WWWAD?

Sadly the Wes Anderson Fan Club of Kilkenny has long been disbanded but for a while we regularly asked ourselves WWWAD?
In that spirit heres a little video essay I found that is really fascinating.
A couple of years ago I spent time pausing and sketching WA's films to try and decode the influences and style , I personally thought I found some Norman Rockwell and Andrew Wyeth going on in there but maybe I'm nuts. I really dig the Peanuts connection to Rushmore, how cool is that? So obvious now its been pointed out....
